​​       Intro to childbirth, planning but with knowledge of flexibility, support system, baby registry, meal prep, scheduling from now to newborn arrival.  Live one to one birthing preparation with your partner in person! Birthing techniques, and preparation before arrival of your newborn. Each session indulges into the other. 

  Postpartum care includes keeping mom nourished, hydrated and safely recovering from  her labor. Includes providing ice and hot packs where needed. Breast pumping/ measurements for rights sizes breastfeeding/ different positions, bottle feedings, taking over care so mom and partners can rest. Sterilizing/washing all  parts. Organizing all the babies essentials, laundry and restocking stations. ​Over all social and emotional well being for both parents! Making sure to notice if outside sources are needed.

All services are altered to any cultures preferences  and or beliefs.

​​   This plan takes away the overwhelming feeling of the "not knowing", the "not ready" emotions and anxiousness. Each birthing plan prepares a mother for safe options and allowing her support system to be apart helps to have a team to be her advocate. My 7 years as a Malpractice investigator shows how important this step is to prevent a mother from being in an unwanted birthing situation. Not one subject is left unturned, from cooking, sleeping and of course feeling and being sensual during pregnancy and why its healthy!! I can't wait to go on this journey with you.
